At the edge of the desert, a man-made installation of solar panels covers the ground like an artificial sea. The artist crawls while carrying nine dead bonsai trees on her back. These plants are not naturally grown trees but shaped through discipline and pruning to represent human ideas of virtue and order. As the artist drags them across the sand, her body intertwines with ropes and cables, creating a state between restraint and connection.
